世上有許多不同的聲音，
有些人支持某派言論就認為他派是噪音，
而有些時候，
是必須發出這些噪音我們才能瞭解背後的意義。

但就算這"噪"的影響再怎麼小，
都是有一定的煽動性，
而這小小的能量必定存在於世上，
只要我們用心體會生活周遭或觀察社會現象，
我們就是可以感受的到這噪音的輪迴及迴繞。

歷經四年重組及人事改革，2017這張專輯塟將強勢回歸，

After four years of restructuring and personnel reform,
